Painful ingrown nails can occur in anyone with toenails. Ingrown nails can be removed quickly and with minimal discomfort in the office.

Charcot reconstructive foot and ankle surgery

Charcot is a debilitating lower extremity condition consisting of brittle bones, red hot and swollen foot or ankle, and severe angular deformity. The condition is a result of longstanding diabetes and poor blood glucose control. Surgery for this condition is extensive and life altering.

Bunions, hammertoes, overlapping 2nd toe

Painful bunions and hammertoes can make walking and normal day activities difficult. If your bunion or hammertoe deformity is limiting you with daily activity and causing pain, an evaluation for surgical treatment may be your best option. These conditions are typically treated with surgery to correct the deformity and improve mobility.

Neuroma

This is a painful irritation and enlargement of a sensory nerve between the bones in your foot. Sharp shooting pain with tingling can best describe the symptoms with typically a cortisone injection resolving the problem. On the rare occasion, the enlarged irritated nerve requires surgical excision.
